● Delivery of products ...
■ When will the product arrive?
After checking the stock status, we will ship as soon as we can confirm the procedure by the payment method. Depending on the product, it may take several weeks or more for it will be backordered. In that case, we will inform you of the delivery time by e-mail. (Please note that we will not notify you if there is special information such as shipping time or special delivery on the product listing page.) Please note that if there are two or more products you have applied for, they may be packed separately or delivered separately.
■ I want you to deliver the product to a place other than my home.
Please fill in the necessary information such as the delivery address in the "Delivery address specification" field on the product order screen. Please be sure to enter your personal name even if you send it to a place other than your home. In addition, please be sure to enter the telephone number of the destination.
■ You can specify the delivery date and time zone.
Please enter your desired day and time on the product order screen. We will do our best to deliver on the specified day and time. (However, please note that we may not be able to accept it due to the convenience of courier service.)
